Commissioner Handbook– Login information will be emailed to registered commissioners a month prior to GA.
Supplement to the Commissioner Handbook– Available a week before GA.

Refund Policy:
Please send your refund request in writing to events@pcanet.org.

•  Through May 21, full refunds will be given if requested in writing (mail or e-mail).
•  May 22 through June 1, one-half of the registration fee will be refunded if requested in writing.
•  No refund will be considered, except for extraordinary circumstance, after June 2, 2026.
