Strategies for Churches Helping Pastors Obtain Housing

Increasing housing costs in many parts of the country, combined with high interest rates, are making it increasingly difficult for pastors to find affordable housing. This seminar will overview creative strategies for churches to help pastors find and afford housing. We will also discuss approaches some churches use that may not be legal and propose more appropriate options. Finally, we will consider these questions in the broader context of churches providing a comprehensive call package for their ministers that creates an environment for wellbeing and sustainable ministry.
