2026 Exhibitor Deadlines
Gold, Silver, and Bronze Sponsors logos – due by March 23
• Logo as .eps or .ai (illustrator) in vector format – for signage.
• Logo in a high-res.png format – for Social Media posts.
Large Screen Advertisement – due by May 8
The Administrative Committee must approve the large screen ad artwork
• File type high res .jpg or .png file.
• Slide size is 16:9
• Slide will remain on screen 8-10 seconds
Commissioner Tote Bag Sponsor – due March 23
• Logo as .eps or .ai (illustrator) in vector format (Convert all graphics and fonts to outline)
Commissioner Tote Bag Insert
The Administrative Committee must approve the insert artwork – email artwork or mail sample for approval by May 8.
• Provide 2,500 printed tote bag inserts.
• We must receive inserts between June 1 – June 10, 2026.
• Inserts received before June 1 or after June 10 are not guaranteed to be stuffed in the Tote Bags
• If you’re shipping your materials from your printer or another organization, instruct them that deliveries must be hand-carted into our building. We are unable to accept pallet deliveries.

Selling from Exhibit Booth:
Submit a detailed list of items to be sold to events@pcanet.org by May 8, 2026.
- Any organization selling tangible goods at their exhibit booth is required to collect and remit all appropriateKentucky Sales Tax.

Cancellations and Changes
Requests for exhibit space cancellations or changes must be made to events@pcanet.org. Prior to May 21, 2026, there will be a $25 administrative fee for canceling exhibit arrangements.
• May 22 – June 1, 2026 – one-half of the exhibit fees shall be refunded.
• No refund will be considered, except for extraordinary circumstance, after June 2, 2026.
