Creating a Robust Pipeline for the PCA

The need for more laborers in the Lord’s harvest is constant. To meet this need, a more robust and lengthier pipeline is critical. A vital first step is assisting our members in considering how their service in the Church may intersect with their vocation. This seminar is a new joint venture by MNA and MTW toward that end. It offers a curriculum to assist churches in preparing their members to consider how their callings may be helpful as volunteers, part-time, or full-time workers in the PCA
