The Shifting Face of Korean-American Mentorship

This seminar will compare/contrast the church mentorship experience of three Korean American pastors from three different generations (Gen X, Millennial, Gen Z), discussing the strengths and weaknesses of each mentorship experience. We’ll explore the ways that each generation desires to be mentored in order to be better equipped to fruitfully mentor the next generation of Korean American leaders (younger Millennials, Gen Z, Gen Alpha).
