2025 C&A Exhibitor Rates

Our PCA Committees and Agencies are the most important exhibitors at our General Assembly. We want to come alongside you and create the best possible experience for you and the thousands of General Assembly attendees. Please reach out to us if you have an idea that doesn’t fit neatly into our Sponsorship options.

Please note that some of the rates or conditions on this page are exclusive to PCA Committees and Agencies and are not available to standard approved exhibitors. Please do not share these rates and conditions beyond your own staff.

SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES
Sponsorship packages are the premier way for your organization to make an impact at General Assembly.

Every Sponsorship Package includes:

  • Enhanced listing on the Mobile App
  • Logo on Sponsorship Listing Signage
  • Sponsorship recognition in the Commissioner Handbook
  • Logo to scroll on bottom of pcaga.org

Gold Level – $5750
Includes two booths with a premium placement location, logo to scroll on bottom of pcaga.org with link, and your choice of any two brand recognition items.

Silver Level – $3500
Includes one regular booth, logo to scroll on bottom of pcaga.org with link, and your choice of any two brand recognition items.

Bronze Level – $2500
Includes one regular booth, logo to scroll on bottom of pcaga.org with link, and your choice of one asterisk brand recognition item.

EXHIBIT BOOTHS
Exhibit booths are the primary way our exhibitors connect to the thousands of General Assembly attendees. Our standard booth size is 10’ x 10’ and include a table and two chairs.

$550 for the 1st – 6th booths for registrations and payments received by April 30.
$900 for each additional booth

$1000 per booth for registrations and payments received May 1 or later, if space is available.

$750 for an end cap upgrade – reserve an end cap location within the exhibit hall. To purchase an end cap upgrade, you must register for at least two (2) booths. Limited end caps available.

For the exhibitor who has requested and been approved to sell directly from the exhibit booth, there is an additional fee of $350.  See the Exhibitor Policies and Procedures for details regarding the approval process.

EXCLUSIVE SPONSORSHIPS – Limited Availability Options

Commissioners Tote Bag Sponsor – $2500 (One sponsor only)
New for 2025! On one side of the commissioner tote bag will be your logo, or design, for your organization only. Placement of one insert in the tote bag is also included with this sponsorship.

Assembly Wide Seminar Sponsor
Assembly Wide beginning sponsor – $2500 (One sponsor only)
Sponsor 5-minute presentation at beginning of Assembly Wide seminar
Assembly Wide end sponsor – $3000 (One sponsor only)
Sponsor 5-minute presentation at end of Assembly Wide seminar

Signage Sponsor – $1500 – (Two sponsors only)
Your logo will be displayed on signage throughout General Assembly including directional signage, entryway signage, and other General Assembly branded signage.

Commissioners Welcome Reception Sponsor – $750 (Four sponsors only)
Your organization name or logo on large screen announcements, in printed materials and at the Welcome Reception.

Video Large Screen Advertisement – $2000 (Five sponsors only)
New for 2025! Create a 15 second video to be played during the same time as the regular Large Screen Ads during GA.  Your advertisement will be shown before and after the business sessions.

BRAND RECOGNITION OPTIONS
Do you want to enhance your impact? Brand recognition options are a great way to engage attendees outside of the Exhibit Hall!

Large Screen Advertisement – $1500
Advertising on the large screen is one of our most popular options!  Be in front of attendees – your advertisement will be shown multiple times each day before and after the business sessions and worship services.

Commissioner Tote Bag Insert – $1200
Place your organization’s information in the hands of each commissioner.

Fellowship and Networking Seating Area* – $600
Catch the attention of attendees as they gather to network and fellowship in comfy chairs and sofas. Prominent signage and a QR code, to a webpage that you designate, will be placed in signage around the seating area and on the tables in the concession area of the Exhibit Hall.

Regular Seminar Sponsor* – $600
Your organization, products, and services will be promoted to seminar attendees and a table for your materials will be inside the room. Your sponsorship will be noted in printed materials and onsite signage!

Water Station Sponsor* – $600
Refresh attendees by sponsoring a water station in the convention center. Sponsor signage will be placed at each water station.

Power Station Sponsor* – $600
Energy is at a premium at General Assembly! Sponsor signage will be placed at each power station throughout the convention center, including Overtures meeting.

FOOD FUNCTIONS

Food functions are a great way to celebrate your ministry with your supporters, alumni, and friends! Food functions are also a wonderful tool to gather new contacts, make new relationships, and extend the reach of your organization.
